HOW DOES THE LVM SPRAYER WORK

The LVM GREENHOUSE SPRAYER is positioned a few meters in from one end of the greenhouse facing a clear ailse down the length of the house. Once the liquid spray container is filled, the timer is preset to start the spraying at the required time & the LVM GREENHOUSE SPRAYER is plugged into a 240V/50 Hz power point. The house can be now completedly sealed, the ceiling fan & heating/cooling equipment is turned off, & the unit is then activated.
As soon as the START switch is pressed, the LVM GREENHOUSE SPRAYER fan begins to circulate air inside the house & the spray solution is stirred around the house. After a minimum of 30 minutes of air circulation, the external compressor pumps the spray out through a very fine nozzle at the rate of 2.5 litres per hour. This fine spray mist is carried around in the moving air current giving excellent distribution and penentration throughout the greenhouse, & will cover an area of up to 3000 m2 (30,000ft2).
On completing of the spraying cycle (average time for 1500 m2 house approx. 90 minutes) the LVM GREENHOUSE SPRAYER is automatically flushed clean with fresh water, & the fan continues for a further 30 minutes to ensure complete distribution of the spray mist. The greenhouse is left completely sealed for at least 3 hours after spraying, & is then opened up & ventilated for 2 hours before the house can be entered.

FURTHER ADVANTAGE OF LVM GREENHOUSE SPRAYER
The crop that is sprayed remains dry & there is no visual residue left on the crop. The fine mist emitted from the LVM GREENHOUSE SPRAYER will not burn or damage crops directly in front of the sprayer, subject to the correct spray mixing instructions being followed.
After regular use of the LVM GREENHOUSE SPRAYER, savings of up to 50% on crop protection substances can be achieved.
